Explore the use of handmade stencils, mark making, and collage to create multi-layered prints without a printing press with instructor Barbara Ford Doyle. Review the materials list here. 

This workshop is offered in conjunction with Think Big, Work Small on view November 21, 2024 - February 9, 2025. A collaborative group exhibition with artists: Mary Doering, Barbara Ford Doyle, Sara Ringler, and Alan Trugman. Calling themselves ArtSynergies, they blend traditional and innovative printmaking processes with photography and digital technology to create stylistically diverse imagery.

Barbara Ford Doyle was born and raised on a small farm in Connecticut. She attended UMass Amherst and Southern Connecticut University majoring in art education. Moving to Cape Cod, she taught art/photography in public schools and published a line of stationary products. She maintains a website of Alternate Photo Imaging at bfdoyle.com and is a founding member of the digital artists group ArtSynergies.

The Cape Cod Museum of Art is committed to making Art accessible to everyone in the Cape Cod Community. The Museum School Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance to qualified, year-round Cape Cod residents ages 6 and up. Click here to apply.
