Exhibition Dates:  March 9th - May 8th, 2022

Museum Hours: Wednesday – Saturday 10 am – 4 pm & Sunday 12 pm – 4 pm

Delivery of Art:   Sunday, March 6th from 2 – 4 pm OR by special arrangement before March 8th

In Person Reception:  Thursday, April 7th from 4 – 7 pm

Pickup of Art:   Monday, May 9th from 4 – 5 pm or by special arrangement

1. A Maximum of 3 pieces of student art from each educator, not from each class, plus one artwork from the educator (optional). You are the curator…we want this to be an exhibition that showcases the highest quality artwork created by Cape Cod students. CCIAEA Membership is currently by donation. All Membership You can join/renew at drop-off.

2. If you, as the instructor, decide to show an artwork of your own, you have the option to make it available to the public for sale. All proceeds from art sales will be divided as follows: 50% to the artist, 25% to the CCIAEA Scholarship Fund, 25% to the CCMoA. If you decide to take a smaller percentage, any additional proceeds will go to toward the CCIAEA Scholarship Fund. Thank You!

3. Artwork should be properly framed and ready to hang. Works that are on paper and matted must have secure hangers on the back. NO taped-on wire or fishing line, as this type of support has proven to be insecure and items will fall off the wall and get damaged. 3-D items can be hung on the wall, set on pedestals (museum provides), secured in a display case (museum provides), or free standing.

NOTE: Each piece of artwork should be delivered with an identification label attached. Blank forms will also be available at drop-off.
