WE THE PEOPLE... A National Juried Exhibition

The Cape Cod Museum of Art invited visual artists to submit artwork with the phrase We the People in mind. We the People…begins the Preamble of the United States Constitution, which states the fundamental purposes and guiding principles of our Constitution in the eyes of our founding fathers.
What do these words mean to you? How would you respond to this phrase and what it represents to you?
JUROR: Lauren P. Della Monica has lectured extensively at galleries and museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She is a contributor to major American arts periodicals and magazines. Lauren obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School, and practiced commercial litigation and art law before she established LPMD Fine Art Consulting in 2004.
